My clients come first. As a buyer or seller agent, I understand my fiduciary responsibility is to you, my client. I have been a full time realtor since 1994, have won numerous awards and understand how to negotiate, market and finalize the home buying/selling process.

I have been a multi-million dollar producer since 1994, with membership in the prestigious President's Club and Director's Club for realtors who produce in excess of $10 million. I am a certified buyer broker and a marketing specialist for listing properties. I am "Premier Service" certified and a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and the National Association of Realtors.

My finest quality as a realtor in the years I have been listing and selling homes is that I am a very strong negotiator. Anyone can write an offer, but there are few realtors who are really good at the negotiating process. Creativity, many times, comes into play when negotiating, and as a buyer or a seller you are doing yourself a great disservice if you don’t have someone on your “team” who can act as a creative force in getting the deal done.

I have lived in Winchester since 1980, having raised three children here, all of whom attended public school. If you have questions about the school system, I can answer them from personal experience. Also, I know the neighboring communities, such as Arlington, Lexington, Medford, Woburn, Burlington and Melrose, having listed and sold in these towns as well.

I have a BA and MA degrees from UMass/Amherst and Boston College respectively, with academic excellence awards such as Phi Beta Kappa, graduating Magna Cum Laude in both undergraduate and graduate schools.
